Pros and cons of PF Battle app for iPhone and iPad

PF Battle app good for

Is an update for custom monsters/NPC coming? It would be awesome if it did, thanks in advance also adding the villians codex would allow for npc temples as well
good day, great developer of wonder and PF Battle, me and my friends really like the application PF Battle I have shown several friends. let me tell you something to improve even more and were missing? - Way to edit the characteristics of the monster, sometimes we add a buff or something or when we use pathfinder adventure path and we want to pass the monster for the application. could have a way to add content to the application and could charge $ 10 and buy. - Way to roll initiative every turn equal to the application rpg buddy. later add those things if he had been more than perfect, please pass me the feedback I know it must be challenging but I know for detail and perfectionist in her work that adds a high level. of Brazils admirer of his work. Its a Great combat manager, but you cant create NPCs or monsters (like a 5th wizard drow) or modify stats, feats and abilities of monsters. if we could do all of this, the app would be the ultimate combat manager.
First of all - WOW, just WOW! Thank you for this App! Mustve been an aweful lot of work, thanx for that!
Fantastic way to keep track of all your battle data. Even has saves pre rolled for you for monsters. The PC section is bugged at the moment though. The number you put in for the AC stat is populated in the touch, flatfoot, fort, reflex, and will fields also. Minor issue and is still super useful for battle management.
Great app. I am looking forward to using this in my next adventure I run. I just ran a module adventure -one I had bought- and I was doing three things that I will be able to do a lot easier. 1. I was tracking initiative on paper 2. I was tracking player conditions on paper 3. The module did not have all the monster details so I was having to look monster details up. I believe with this App, there will be less down time. Also I am creating all the next encounters in advance of my next gaming session. So then I just need to tap the encounter and I will be ready to run the encounter. A few suggestions for future features. ..notes section for the encounter and/or for the monster. It would be nice to record specific monster or encounter details. For example maybe the monster does not have an ability they normally have. Or the monster is going to behave in a particular manner. Or the treasure for this room is... ...ability to add your own monster to the encounter ...once you have added the monsters to an encounter, it is confusing on how you back out or return to the main form for editing encounters. You have to hit the button Cancel, which is not intuitive. I keeping thinking I am cancelling my work. Great app, glad I bought it

Some bad moments

This app puts every creature at your fingertips. It serves as an initiative tracker, monster reference guide, and battle manager, and it works flawlessly.
Just playing around with the app I like the simplicity and how it tracks combat, hp. My complaints would be that the monsters are only from the beastiary and there is no way to create your own. My group plays adventure paths and half the monsters in the ap are created for the ap. I would love to see the ability to add new monsters. So I could before a game add in the stats from monsters in the ap. Also I would love the ability to add templates to existing monsters. This relates to aps as well as many of the monsters are slightly different such as an advanced shark, or a giant ... Overall a great product, but may not see much use from my group.
This app is very good. Although I would like to be able to input character attack values and saves rather than just HP and initiative (though monsters stats are very thorough dont get me wrong), it is still useful to track battles. No issues so far :-)
It was released yesterday and I purchased it right away because the PFRPG app was so well done. I ran two encounters out of it last night and it was very useful but.....no way to customize the monsters meant I still had to pull out the books for my gargantuan dire bat CR 8. Everything else from hp and initiative tracking to basic monster info and their special attacks and feats was very useful. The app is worth buying if your a GM.
This app is great, quick, and intuitive to use. However, for most of my games I need the ability to be able to create custom creatures. Any chance we could add that as a feature?
I never leave reviews, but this app I amazing. Ran a flawless session with this app: melee, ranged, saving throws, crits, damage, healing, spells, special attacks! It does it all. I love it! One bug though, if you have a group of one type and then edit it later, it doesnt account for the 5 kobolds youve already added. For example, youd have kobolds 1-5 and then Kobolds 1-3. It gets confusing. Other than that, awesome job!
